Today I am filming FIFTEEN brand new shows for my weekly show for www.mycraftchannel.com. It is completely free and you can watch ALL the shows online anytime for instant inspiration. I debut a new TC show every single Monday. I have so much on my agenda with family and career that I needed to film as many as possible today.
Yes, I have something VERY cool happening within our family. I will be sharing very soon. Also, planning a wedding is no small task. Let's just say I am in design heaven.
I thought I would share a little person information. I check in every month now at my health clinic. They weigh me and it's basically a way to keep me on track with my goals and accountability. Yesterday I visited and was so happy to know that for the last month I had maintained my current weigh exactly... however, she told me that my fat % had went UP 4%. I was so in shock. She immediately said- are you going long periods without food. Hmmm... guilty... I guess you really need to feed your body every 1.5 hours and not go hours without "fueling" your body. So lesson learned and I will make sure I keep carrot sticks in my bag.
