I travel and teach quite a bit. I am often asked the following question. Why is everything designed for "girls" in the crafting world? I spoke to a mother who had only boys and after we spoke I decided to do a boy line. The vision was for a boy line that was vibrant, fun and easy to use. I have boys and I LOVE this line. Am I allowed to say that?
THIS IS FOR THE BOYS... HE SAID
Here are the 6 double sided papers-
Here are some of the embellishments-
How about some design inspiration? The images above for some reason are showing the papers washed out. So the colors show up much better on the projects below...
I wanted to really mix up the products on this layout of Henry (one of my best friends son). *paper, diecut, brads, enametls, sticky notes, and photo corners.
*I really am having some serious fun with the stickers for the line. I was inspired by the orange, gray, red and tans in this line.
*sticker tabs
Next, I covered a notebook with one of the papers. So simply... a notebook to "takes notes."
*inside view that I covered with the papers from the line.
How about the FILE FOLDERS and the chipboard for this line? I love to make mini books and the file folders are perfect for not only boys but the any theme.
I really love this project because it's McKay and Zach together an laughing. I want to remember this!
*papers, garland, diecuts, chipboard, and decorative tape (numbers along bottom).
Here is the projects from my APRIL TC Retailer Class kits. Yes, the kit comes with all supplies, instructions and photos to create both the HE SAID and SHE SAID file folder albums. I design the monthly retailer kits and want to thank you so much for the support.
If you would like to win the papers and some of the embellishments for HE SAID please leave me a comment. I would love to know which online store (if any) you buy your products from. I love reading the comments that you leave. THANK YOU!
The winner from SHE SAID is: Katie Bledsoe. Please email your shipping address to [email protected].
I'm packing and headed to the airport in just a few hours. I have one more collection to show tomorrow.
Can you tell I LOVE what I do? I hope you love HE SAID...
