This entire weekend, I have been feeling so much gratitude. I got news on Friday morning that my two Teresa Collins Imagine cartridges went on sale on Thursday night. Within an hour, the black and white TC Cartridges were SOLD OUT! The TC baby boutique is the also the top seller on the site. I can't tell you how much this news meant to me. This was a NEW area of design for me. I doubted myself 1,000 times. I am not a cutesy designer. I tend to stay really true to my OWN style and did not want to deviate from what I "felt" that I do best.
Here is the visual of a couple of layouts created with my TC Black and White cartridge. I wanted to stay very ME in my designs and brand so I decided to introduce papers that were timeless. Papers that you would use over and over again. I am LOVING the alphabet, dots, damask, etc. *all NEW on the cartridge. (layouts designed by: jamie harder)
Here is another Jamie layout using SIX of the papers!!!! They will have more cartridges due to demand back up at www.cricut.com on Monday.
Can I just thank YOU for the kind emails and enthusiasm that I have heard for months when I announced that I was expanding into the world of die cut machines? It helped me when I was a little nervous. I am a worrier when I debut ANY new product. It's just how I operate. I put my heart into what I do and what I put my name on. This weekend I felt a HUGE amount of thankfulness for the success of the releases. THANK YOU to those of you who have made this happen. The support has been more than I ever expected. More good good things are in store!
I wish you could see my new collections that will debut in July. I am working on samples right now and I have to say that this release is my ALL TIME favorite. I mentioned that I did a HALLOWEEN collection- it is me with a twist that I hope you will love! I even designed one of my projects that I will teach at my event in Henderson, NV in September. It is a project that Heavenly Father inspired and watned me to create- you know that voice that does not stop telling you to do something until you do it?. Those projects are always my favorite!
Tomorrow morning, I have BOOT CAMP very early in the morning so that I can quickly come home and get ready for my Good Things Utah (channel 4) TV segment. I will be showing you how to create crepe paper flowers with blingage in the center. I am showing a few projects, but wanted to share the LAMPSHADE that I created with the flowers-
If you can't tune in, then no worries- I will post step by step visuals and a how to tomorrow here on my blog.
Taylor had us over for a family dinner on Saturday. She is such a good cook. Nothing like seeing your child so happy and in love. It just doesn't get any better!!!!
