Oh, I am having a FABULOUS day!!!! I went to my first weight watchers meeting for the NEW year...and I lost 1 lb. Ha...well, that is so much better than a gain. RIGHT? I know it's crazy but Jennifer Hudson is a role model for weight loss to me. I figure is she can be fit and healthy and lose all that weight in ONE YEAR... with her CRAZY travel schedule. I can relate and want to stay on plan more this year. My goal is to stop making excuses and get healthier. I have been waking up for the last 6 months with lower back pain. EVERY morning.... ugh!
I will be traveling soon... 13 days now til I am on a plane again. This time to be on HSN with the TC STAMPMAKER. I will go on TWICE on January 20th. During my quick visit- I will be teaching at WHIM SO DOODLE.
