Today my kids started school again. I had a hard time waking up and realized that I really have been enjoying the extra bit of sleep over Christmas break.
My son Zach came home after school today and handed me some stuff to throw away- I went to grab it and he pulled his hand back and said, "I have two feet, I can throw it away myself."
One of my best friends, listened to me today when I just needed a listening ear.
Emotional as I watched Gentry pack up and leave for college today. Cried too many tears and realized I probably never will change.
Watched today as Gentry was ready to leave for college and the last thing she did was go into the kitchen and unload the dishwasher for me. She is my girl who sometimes does not express her love as much... THIS was her way of saying that she loves me! I fought back tears as I saw her act of love.
It is the LITTLE things... oh, that melt me!!!!!
I met my crazy deadline today... working on my class projects for OH SCRAP and WHIM SO DOODLE. Oh, I love the creative process. I go to HSN in FL- two weeks from today.... breathe... I will be ready... right?
TODAY just feeling so thankful...
