PAPER PUMPKIN HOW TO-
1. Cut Giving Thanks paper into circle. I used a plate from my kitchen to cut my circles larger-8" wide and had enough room to cut smaller circles on the same sheet of paper.
2. Project shown was made with 14 circles for each of my pumpkins.
3. Next, score circles in half with score it board.
4. Take each circle and put adhesive along edge of fold (along both side) and place a new circle right next to the first circle. *glossy accents, thinner atg gun tape 1/4" or hot glue gun will work for adhesive*****
5. Take circles folded and keep adding new circle folded as you go around in circle shape. It will fan out and create your pumpkin.
6. Cut vine for pumpkin out of fave green Bazzill cardstock.
7. Create stem from light weight chipboard that has been rolled and glue together with hot glue gun.
8. ENJOY your pumpkin displays!!!!!
So I have to say that the design team applicants are pouring in. Today is the LAST day!!!! I want you to each know that the panel of SIX judges at this point are amazed and telling me how many over the top designers have applied. I want to thank ALL of you that are applying and for your desire to be on my design team. Stay posted on my blog for updates and any announcements!!!! With so many- please be patient but we will try to work in a timely manner to get through all the emails.
Today I am finishing kitting for Scrapbook Island and have a meeting in my office. Always things to go over for CHA W and looking at prototypes.... MORE blingage!!!!!!
I had a great meeting yesterday at WW meeting. Okay- confession I am so not following the program to a T. I am going to the meetings BUT I am just being complacent to coast by. I have big problems in November and December EVERY YEAR.... I think to myself- you can wear a sweater, or you can go to lunch with your girlfriends MORE, and when I'm cold (which I'm always cold by nature and wear a jacket almost all the time- EVEN in my house!!!!) I like to eat soup or yummy comfort food to warm up. Can you see ALL of my excuses????? Not going to lie... my worst time of the year is Winter. However, I am commited and WILL not stop attending my meeting and WILL stay on the path to being healthier.
Stacy can you send me the 1 point pumpkin bars that you shared at The Scrapbook Studio????
Happy Wednesday!!!!!
