FAMILY GRATITUDE KIT- cover
This book has a lot of meaning for me, because I used the project to really journal about my family. Hopefully this kit will make it easy for YOU to do the same-
I used a lot of my FAMILY matters and Documented stamps too. I love adding envelopes and cards within the projects. (oh, and lots of bling!!!!!!) *blings not included.
The last view- I LOVE creating photo collages!!!!! so I included in on one of the pages. This is BIG book and I love the meaning that is within it's pages. So I am going to GIVE away
TWO of my FAMILY GRATITUDE CLASS KITS (7X 13 PROJECT) on my blog. Wanna win????
I was sent this photo from Michele in France-
She was so darling and I once again have to thank my her and the other woman who were in my class. I have never felt so sick (see NO MAKEUP ON!!!!!) and trying to walk around and teach. I need to go back to France so I can teach when I am my normal goofy, full of energy self!!!!!
What is NEW????
I am about 80% feeling better. I am so THANKFUL- just have to thank Heavenly Father for blessing me to start to feel better. I have two more trips this month and I truly need to feel better. Nothing like being sick to help you appreciate your health. I am being very KIND to myself and taking it easy at home.
The boys both have a baseball game tonight and it's COLD outside. Baseball season is in FULL SWING here now. I have to miss Zach's game so I can go to Tyler's. Lots of baseball coming up- a tournament starts tomorrow through the weekend!!!!
My daughter Gentry was on the drill team (SPARTONIANS) this year- here is her poster that she did for the year end performance night-
Gentry did the poster herself and I loved it! Lots of ORANGE gems- my girls know how to use the glossy accents- ha! Anyway, this week is tryouts for next years drill team. It is not a given if you are on it one year to make it the next. Gentry is trying out and so is my other daughter McKay- yes, double the stress for me. They have 2 hours of learning routines each day after school this week and then try out on Friday (2 hours to perfrom all the routines that they learn.) I know there is over 30 some girls trying out for the 20-24 spots. The girls came home last night pretty tired from the practice and I LOVED watching them interact. Of course, they both would love to make the team, but realize that they may not. Gentry came home yesterday and really TOUCHED my heart. She expressed how at practice yesterday, that she kept looking for McKay and wanting to make sure she was doing okay. Every chance she had she went to her "little" sister and helped her. I told Gentry how proud I was of her. Then she told me, "well, if only one of us makes it I would want it to be McKay. I already was able to do drill team this year, and I want McKay to have the same experience and opportunity that I had." Can I just say- THIS just melts my heart. I am proud of them. I know McKay is SCARED to death because it's a lot of tough competition and it's hard to want something so much and face rejection. I am sure Gentry feels the same way. Anyway, I have been praying lots of prayers of comfort for my girls this week. At least on Friday, it will be over and they will find out if they make the team.
If you would like to win ONE of the TWO class kits- FAMILY GRATITUDE 7x13 project- leave a comment. I KNOW you will LOVE this kit!!!!
