I wanted to share my last minute ideas for Valentines and showing your love. My show this week at My Craft Channel focused on this. I am a big of Valentines!!!! I must admit, I am not a fan of the crowded restaurants, so I am so good to celebrate at home or on another night. I have Valentines for my kids and like to surprise them with something new each year.
I'll never forget one year when my dad brought home a HUGE box of chocolate for me. It was only one time... and honestly, I was about 9 years old. I will NEVER forget how much it meant to me. I remember thinking he loved me by doing this. I kept the empty box for several years.
I was asked to be on the Paperclipping show- to be on their panel. It was on the Signature Series of idea books and featuring a few of the designers who had their own books. It was such a honor to be asked to do the idea book. The show was a panel discussion of a "behind the scenes" of doing the idea book. There was lots of discussion and insight from Amy Tangerine, Heidi Swapp and myself.
This was so much fun to talk about what each of us love so much. I hope you will listen to the broadcast. Noell and Izzy were the so professional and I really enjoyed the experience.

I was at my office working when it was time for the taping. I went into my office- shutting all doors closed. The shipping department was super loud today. I was really afraid during the taping that others would hear all the craziness and commotion going on. It is my reality...
I can share NOW that I am working on my NEXT Teresa Collins Idea Book with Northridge. I was honored to be asked to do it again.
I am over the moon excited to announce that I am to teach in Porto, Portugal in April. I was so blessed to teach in Lisbon, Portugal in 2012. Pinch me!!!! I feel completely in LOVE with the country and the beautiful culture, and people. It was a trip that forever is in my heart.
