Okay... I have to say I felt so uplifted by each of you and your comments. Zach was so nervous when I picked him up from school. He had to go to each class and check out (get his teachers to sign the sheet). Each asked why he was leaving. I could tell it was hard for him. It was weird taking him home and not to baseball practice at Cottonwood. I heard from many of tha parents. They were so kind and supportive.
This morning he went to do service with his friends at the soup kitchen.
Zach is just one of those boys who is first to go help and serve others. I hope he will always remember the good feeling that helping others offer.
He will start Tuesday back at the school by our home. I am positive that this was the right decision.
