I'm home editing photos and working on instructions for my trips to teach in Kansas and Portugal. I'm going through a little slump. Yesterday was the end of TEN weeks of no sugar, processed foods and carbs. I am a little bored with my food choices. It is a really strict program and I have 13 days left and then I start adding some things back into my diet (if I choose!). I think I am finding this a little stressful. It's a lot of pressure when you lose weight. It's harder to keep it off then to lose it- (for me). I am scared to start adding food back into my life. I know it will be a hard transition for me. Anyway, it's weighing on my mind. It's always going to be a battle with me. ALWAYS!!!!!
