CRAZY day today!!!! I have been packing and getting all the items ready to go to Vegas tomorrow. I think I personally have 70 boxes. That is crazy!!!!! I shipped lots of boxes down but then I am renting a van tonight to load up the 40 boxes that still remain in my front room. It has taken over a year to plan this event and now it's finally here. It is a huge undertaking and we are fortunate to have so many volunteers to make the event room smoothly. We have crafters from around the world come. It's a smaller event so that I feel that we can really connect with everyone who attends. That is vital to me! I am so thankful for the teachers who are coming this year. I am appreciative!!!!!!
So I need to get back to packing and I'm going to take an hour out and go to my kickboxing class. I know this will relieve some stress. ha! I will be posting from IU.

Supplies Used:
HH2601 Haunted Hallows Calendar – back
HH2619 Haunted Hallows 6x6 Paper Pad
HH2612 Haunted Hallows Decorative Brads
Mists- Studio Calico (Schoolhouse), Maya Road (Silver Metallic & Charcoal)
Ink – Ranger (Lamp Black)
Cricut Cartridge – Provo Craft (Elegant Edges – Eyelet Book Shadow)
Letter Stickers – Basic Grey
Ribbon
Stapler – Tim Holtz
Sand paper
Faux spider web & plastic spiders
1 – 5x7 photo
Instructions for Making:
1. Use 12x12 black cardstock for the base of your layout.
2. Mat your photo with red cardstock, then black.
3. Ink the edges of a 6x6 piece of dictionary paper (from paper pad) and mat with red cardstock.
4. Adhere photo mat to dictionary paper mat.
5. Trim a piece of HH2601 (spider side) paper to 11 ½”x 11 ½”. Sand the edges and adhere to your base.
6. Trim white cardstock to 10” x 8 ½”. Start with the red mist. Instead of spraying, remove the top and tap the nozzle over your paper. You’ll get nice red dots and blops!J Then get it nice and loaded with ink and touch the top corners of your paper…it will run down and (hopefully!) look like dripping blood. Gross, I know. But cool. J It will dry fast. Then lightly mist with the silver metallic and black. Let dry.
7. Mat misted paper with red cardstock. Adhere photo/dictionary paper blocks to the mist block. Adhere whole thing to spider paper, leaving room for the title below.
8. Cut a small Eyelet Book Shadow from black cardstock with your Cricut. I think mine is 2”. Tuck behind the dictionary paper block. Then cut a larger one from white cardstock and adhere at the bottom.
9. Add your title with letter stickers.
10. Add ribbon strip beneath photo, and bling brad.
11. Last, add your faux spider webbing…it doesn’t take much! I attached at the corners with Tim’s Tiny Attacher, and then used a glue stick for the other areas. Cut the ring part off the spiders and adhere them too.
