I can finally share a little MORE about next years event. Please note- you CANNOT sign up yet but it only a couple weeks away. We are only announcing the teachers coming to INSPIRE us.
We are holding the event once again at the Green Valley Resort and Spa in Henderson, NV.
The resort is absolutely my favorite!!!! It's stunning and we have a FREE shuttle from the Las Vegas airport to the resort. I even go out earlier than needed just to enjoy being at the resort.
I am so thrilled to INVITE you to Inspiration Unlimited 2011. This is the 4th YEAR that our event will take place. Today I am going to share the teachers that will be coming to inspire and teach projects to help others to DOCUMENT their memories and art!!!!

Announcing Margie Aslett- Romney-
Margie Romney-Aslett is a Daughter, a Sister, a Friend, a Wife, a Mother, a Scrapbooker and Designer. If you asked her she would say, "I’m just a girl" Margie started Scrapbooking after the birth of her first child Megan, 20 years ago and has seen the industry change over the years. She is now part of that as Style Director and as a Product Designer for Making Memories. Margie started working at her Local Scrapbook Store and from there went to work for Deluxe Designs where she co-authored the book Card Crazy with Katherine Brookes, she also designed her first paper line Margie’s House based on her home and each one of her children. During that time she did some work for Bazzill Basics Paper. She was a contributing artist in their first two books. After a family move from Arizona to Utah Margie went to work for Making Memories. She now currently is the designer extraodinaire for The Girl's Paperie. She creates everyone's favorite shabby, vintage and girly girl products that we love!!!
Margie’s first love is teaching! She has taught all over the United States and now world. South Africa, Norway and this year Australia and France… Margie loves getting out and meeting other women who have the passion for Scrapbooking in common. If you have ever taken one of Margie’s classes you know she is a "closet" comedian, full of laughs and fun! Margie is a girlie girl, loves the color pink, a good pedi and putting together a great outfit from head to toe!
Margie has 4 beautiful children, Megan, Brooke, Max, and Griffin.
We have the very talented Amber Packer-
I am the mother of two beautiful boys and wife to my friend. I know everyone says this, but they truly are my joy in life and the reason for everything I do. I am the Design Team Lead as well as the blog and newsletter coordinator for My Mind’s Eye. For the past five years, I have appeared regularly on a regional TV program, ABC 4’s Good Things Utah.I am an independent designer and have had the opportunity to work with some of my favorite manufacturers (and yours).
I also design a monthly kit club called Amber’s Possibilities which can be purchased online through A Page 4 All Seasons (www.apage4allseasons.com).
I began teaching Scrapbooking in October 2003. My start in teaching is a funny story: A friend of mine was retiring from teaching and suggested it was something I might be interested in. I didn’t have any layouts, so I went to my local scrapbook store, bought a bunch of supplies (including shaped scissors) and put together 8 layouts. I brought them in to the store and was hired as a teacher. What an amazing blessing I was given that day! My life has been enriched because of the opportunities I have been given. Scrapbooking is more than a hobby to me, it is a way for me to focus on and count my blessings.

The talented Layle Koncar, is a veteran of both Scenic Route and BasicGrey scrapbooking companies. She designs as a artistic storyteller and is a well known instructor and talent in the scrapbook industry. You can count on Layle to wow you with the latest and greatest tips on how to achieve beautiful yet meaningful projects.
Next, I knew that IU needed MORE from the mega talented Janet Hopkins-
Since finding her passion, Janet's work has been published in all of the major publications as well as the covers of several magazines. She has contributed to over thirteen idea books and has been blessed to have worked with some of the top manufacturers in the business.

She lives in North Texas with her husband of fourteen years, Rick, and their four amazing children.
