I am the special guest this week on The Paper LIFE
Amy and I did a long telephone interview a couple of weeks ago and she interviewed me about "ME" and my life. She had the BEST questions and I felt at ease. I loved that others had questions for me and it got me thinking about so many things. You can visit the site and hear my interview (and learn WAY more about me...ha!) I think we talked over an hour.
Amy then asked me to PLEASE post photos of my studio, and where I create. I was hesistant because it's my personal oasis...and well, it's just so me. However, she got me thinking. Thinking about how much it does reflect ME and my own style and well, the things that I do love.
So today...welcome to my creative world-
I have photos and photos and lots of embellishments within this space. I LOVE to display PHOTOS and layouts. They keep me inspired and wanting to tell my story!
This is my 12x12 paper storage area.
I have so many projects that I keep out and displayed... I think this is my favorite part about this room.
I got the Pottery Barn table about 4 years ago and I love the height of the table. It is well loved with lots of scratches...and it holds a ton of my STUFF.
This is a regular armoir that I had purchased for my girls about 7 years ago and when we moved their bedroom- well, it was just too large to move. So I decided to use it for my scrapbook storage. There is lots of stuff inside of the cabinet.
This is where I have my TC 8x8 paper storage racks and 8x8 papers... and all my transparency. I love the chandelier...and it makes me happy to be in the room.
I made the drapes and hung my favorite blingy ornaments to decorate...
a full view of the one side of the room. NOTE- there is no window (the cabinet covers it!) so it was so hard to get a descent photo. That is the one thing that sometimes causes a problem... no natural light!!
This is the other side of the room.
I hope you enjoy seeing my space. Thanks to Amy and THE PAPER LIFE for the much needed push to share it. Go listen to the interview and Amy's wonderfully inspiring site!
I am off to Curves...because I was so busy this morning I am JUST now going. Heidi came over this morning and all I can say is DECEMBER 1st.... I am over the top excited for what we are doing together. I think YOU will be excited to see what we are doing together. SHE is so creative!!!!!
THANKFUL TODAY... so thankful... so much to be grateful for!!!! So happy that the kids are out of school today for the rest of the week. This makes me happy-
