This morning I did a segment on Good Things Utah...and had a wonderful time. I have been on so many times in the past few years that I feel so comfortable and at ease with the producers and hosts. They make it so easy on me! I just design a project and they walk me through it. I go on the show every 3 to 4 weeks and my family always tape it. However, I HATE watching myself on TV so I never watch them. My friend called me today to tell me that they could see my SUNGLASSES line around my eyes...YIKES! So me- so much baseball and I wear my shades to block the sun.
Then I left the studio and picked up Matt and Kayla up from the airport. They were home for about 1/2 a day. They wanted me to take photos. I have been sweating over this...I know that I am not the BEST photographer but I gave it my all. I am NOW taking TWO classes at Jessica Spague.com on photo editing thanks to you! I love Jessica and did not even realize she offers online classes for people like me. So thank you! I have met Jessica at CKU's and LOVE her!!!! So if you need some help on your photo editing and such... check out Jessica. Here are a few of the shots from today- I took them to WHEELER FARM in Murray, Utah. Lots of great old barns, bridges, a creek, etc.
I loved this photo because they were just laughing and enjoying themselves!!!!!
They are so cute and so in love!!!!!
I think Kayla is so photogenic and has the most amazing BLUE eyes and dark hair- and of course, Matt is a cutie! I think he looks like a young Mark Consuelos (Kelly Ripa's husband)...ha!
Due to our short time to get the photos done- I was fighting with HARSH direct sunlight. We looked for as much shade as we could find.
I still can't believe Matt is all grown up and getting married. It is evident to me how much they adore each other and are really happy.
I love this one- Kayla and Matt- I love you so much!!!!! I am just HONORED that you wanted me to take these photos for you!
All in all, we had about 45 minutes and I took a little over 100 photos. I just HOPE they have one or two that they REALLY LOVE! They are driving back to TEXAS right now. Matt is still working for Platinum Protection as a manager, selling alarms. They will be in Texas until the wedding and then they will be there until they come back and they will both be back in college together. They have a 22 hour drive ahead...I could tell Matt did not want to leave. That made me feel good because we miss him. We are thrilled that Kayla will be joining our family.
We are doing baseball every day due to Ty and Zach. Thankfully the rain stopped and today we had a beautiful rain free day. I am loving the SUN! It finally seems like Summer to me. I will go to Green Tangerines in Sacramento on this Friday and Scrapbook Island in San Jose, CA. I am excited BIG TIME to teach at both of these stores. I LOVE THIS!!!!!! I am really excited about all four of the projects that I am teaching...(if your in any of the classes- just email if you have any questions!) Time for bed....such a long day-
Wonderful pictures, just lovely!
