It's Spring...

well not really. It feels like it here in Utah. It's so nice outside!!! I love warm weather, so this is wonderful to me. It is going to be around 60 degrees today.  I had a productive day yesterday...thankful for days where it all just comes together.

I am working on classes. I finished up a paper line and so I am rewarding myself by doing scrapbooking. I love to scrapbook!!!! I love to design classes!!!!  I am designing my classes for the UK and The Netherlands, and The Joan Mills Rep Show (for Retailers). I was using the Bind-it-All last night, to bind my books- and my daughter Taylor kept saying HOW COOL the machine is. She could not believe how fast and easy it is to use. It really is!!!! Once you've bound your own books...you'll be hooked.

I have been getting lots of emails about the kit for the AZ class. It looks promising that I will be able to offer it. I am putting all your emails in a folder- so I WILL get back to you with all the information.

Today, lots on the agenda...more creating- then I need to clean up all the CREATIVE MESS!!! I dread the last part. It's pretty messy right now, and I then get overwhelmed with not being able to FIND what I need. I am doing a chat tonight at www.makingmemoriesforyou.org

Teresa Collins comes TODAY
FRIDAY Feb. 29th night from 7 to 8pm...MST. down in the chat room
Come and win prizes of Teresa NEW LINE KIT

If your not out and about...they are giving away prizes...of my new papers....

Have a great day!!!!

anniversary....

It is our anniversary today. Ty and I spent the day together. How cute...he took me to lunch at Cheesecake Factory, ( I had my favorite lettuce wraps!) then since we were at the mall- we walked around. I wanted to get my nails done, and so he waited for me to get them done. Now that is LOVE!!!! I wasn't in the shopping mood, so we went into a few stores and browsed. I love to look at jewelry, and so we looked for funky jewelry. Then I saw some chocolate covered strawberries, and he bought those for me, before we left.  When we got home, he gave me a beautiful STAR necklace (he knows I love stars!!!! Remember my Extreme Boy line-) and a bracelet. I was touched by his thoughtfulness. We have been married a long time now...and he truly is a good man. I love you Ty!!!

I forgot to mention, my daughter Taylor got her braces off on MONDAY. She is thrilled and I know I am biased---but she is GORGEOUS. Her gums are so swollen that they think she was allergic to something and it may take some time for all the swelling to go down. She will have to have gum surgery once the swelling goes down. Taylor was born with small teeth (like me) and big gums. It only worsened with braces. Has anyone ever heard of this with the braces????

Tomorrow night 2/28- I will be chatting online at www.memoriesfromtheattic.info. at 7:00 MST, 9 pm Eastern. If your free- stop by....

I HAD to share this. This is a project emailed to me by TRISH TURAY. It is a mini book that she created that was inspired by the song from Brad Paisley. The song is "LETTER TO ME". The concept of her book was to write a letter to her 17 year old self. She used older photos of her at the age of 17- and then journaled---to create this special book.

Trish created a special book!!!!! I loved how she used my Journal- It line and the DAMASK line together. THIS project is EXACTLY why I designed this line... Thanks TRISH for sharing this special book. You can see it on her website at www.wipkits.blogspot.com
She has inspired me to do a book about my teen years. It seems like yesterday- wow, how time flies!!!!!

American Idol...

Our family just watched David A. perform. I could not help but cry like a baby. I'm so thankful- okay, overwhelmed with his gift. For those of you who do not know, he is from Murray, Utah...where we live. He did go to Jr. High and High School with Gentry, my daughter. As I have said before, Gentry has always told me that DAVID is the NICEST boy/friend that she knows. She has always been touched by his kindness to everyone. He is not one to boast of his GIFT. It is a gift from our Father in Heaven. I remember the first time I heard him sing, at a Jr. High performance. I got chills and was moved to tears. He is also a member of my church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am so thankful, in this day and age, for young people who are doing GOOD things in life...who want to make a difference in the world. We love you DAVID!!!!!

So EVERYONE thank you- from the bottom of my heart. I have been getting NONSTOP emails of support. Each day, I am saying prayers of gratitude for being blessed so much. I want you each to know, many of your emails have not been returned, because of my sickness, family priorities, etc.- but I am trying to get to them. If you have emailed me about coming to teach. I will contact you... promise!!!! Just be patient. I wish there were more hours in a day.

I have to apologize...the free class for February has not been uploaded to my website. It is a good problem to have- with the great amount of success at the debut, we have been working nonstop on show orders. My wonderful webmaster, Ryan, will be able to upload the images/instructions hopefully within the next week. I promise to post when it is uploaded.

I am kitting the class for AZ...so I have to get back to work. If you are interested in a kit, email me...and I will put you on a list. I do not have enough kits right now, but I will see if I can order more products in and kit more of them up. So email me, and I will see how many people are interested and if it is possible to do more, than I will. I am almost certain that I will be able to offer this as a kit, but will know by this weekend.

Thanks!!!!

In all things CREATIVE

Well, have you ever had to really force yourself to be creative???? I have been working on CHA Summer stuff, and finishing up some projects that are IMPORTANT...you know the type that you can't share, but it's something you want to "knock out of the park." I am sick with the flu and being creative...well the combination is not really helping me to get much done.

Anyway, I can show you a sneak peak of my class at Melrose Vintage. Don't worry if you are interested in the class or as a kit- the class sold out in Phoenix, but I will be teaching this class AGAIN in 2008.

Time_8x8_view_3 I really mixed this book up, there is paper from THREE of my new lines. Bella girl, Damask and Journal-it!!!! Plus, I used some of my FAVE Technique Tuesdays STAMPS....

My distributor reports that hundreds of stores have been shipped their paper orders. They are working overtime to get all the CHA show orders shipped ASAP and expect shipping to be completed in about a week. Please check your LSS to see if their order has arrived yet. I was told today that 5 stores in Japan ordered my papers this past week. I think this is very cool. Again…thankful!!!! Can I tell you how much I have been BLESSED by having Product Performers in my corner. Ty and I continually talk about how wonderful they are to work with. They are honest, hard working, and just wonderful to work with. I fell in love with Ken’s (PP owner) family and staff at the trade show. They are an amazing family!!!!!

I can finally share some exciting news!!!!!

I will be teaching at TWO fantastic locations this summer.

I will be at SCRAPBOOK TERRITORY on Friday August 8th, in Berkeley California. Then on Saturday August 9th, I will be at SCRAPBOOK ISLAND in San Jose, California.  I have been promising a lot of people that I would make to N. Cal and I am (beyond thrilled) to be asked to come teach at these amazing stores. Thanks Laurie and Diane.

I wanted to mention THE ULTIMATE SCRAPBOOK CRUISE again. It will be Jan. 11-17th, 2009. I have heard that they have a few more spots available. If you are thinking about a way to MAJORLY spoil yourself…this is it! I don’t want anyone to miss out on this one in a lifetime vacation/scrapbook dream. I can’t tell you how honored  I am to be teaching with this lineup of artists and friends: Donna Downey, Heidi Swapp, Margie A. Romney, Karen Russell, Michelle V. and Nicole Gunter. There is SO much going on, and the CLASSES are going to be over the top AMAZING!!! Plus, the Caribbean in January- sweet!!!! Jim West with Scrap Map knows how to do events right. You can call them at 877-887-1188 or check out all the details at www.scrapmap.com.

My nine year old son, Ty is letting his grow out. He wants it in a shag. I just took these photos tonight…. (yes, he asked me to post them…he wants to hear what YOU think!) Should he cut it or keep growing it out????

Ty_tonight

Happy Saturday….back to bed for this sick girl!!!

Sharing....

I want to thank EVERYONE who has been emailing me letting me know that they have purchased my products. Yes, it's shipping now...it looks like  stores are starting to get their orders-it will not be long if you placed an order. Product Performers is working nonstop to fill all the orders. I never imagined it would be such a HUGE overwhelming show of support...

I am filled with  gratitude. I remember a year ago, I felt strongly that I needed to follow my heart and "do my own thing- and not work under another company." I am not saying this in a negative way- quite the opposite. I am so appreciative and thankful for Rusty Pickle (me, being a complete unknown, who was given a chance to design and teach- I had only been scrapbooking a few months when I met Lance!!!!). I learned so much during my days with RP and it was A LOT of fun teaching at all the CKC's, GASC's, Expos, and CKU's.

Then I was given the opportunity to design a signature line of products for Junkitz. Again, I was able to spread my wings even more. I met some of my BEST friends in the entire world during this time. It was a chance for me to GROW.

In the past, I struggled with not wanting to hurt feelings, or not wanting to ask for changes with my products, because I wanted to not cause waves. It's a fault of mine, and NOTHING to do with companies that I designed for. I often just did not have it in me to be more assertive. I never wanted to hurt anyone's feelings or be so demanding.

Then last year, I realized that I was holding back. Not really enjoying what I was doing. I wanted to be more ME and make the creative decisions that would bear my name. *note- I mean no disrespect for the company I was with- it was my own desire to design more lines and have full creative control. I spent alot of time on my knees in prayer. It was made very clear to me, that I would be facing some big changes in the next year. I felt the answer to my prayers, so strongly- that I told those closest to me..." I don't know what is going to happen next year, but I feel so strongly the Lord is preparing me for something."

Can I just say how CRAZY and WONDERFUL the past few months have been??? Who would have thought???? Certainly, not me. I now realize, the Lord knew and was preparing me. I just would not feel good, if I did not publically acknowledge how thankful I am to be  doing what I am doing. I am happy and it comes from doing something that I LOVE. I get to connect with others who love this hobby as much as I do. Sorry- I guess I went a little overboard tonight.

So tonight, I got a email from a talented LSS Designer, Patti Hamil from Georgia. She got my papers yesterday, and made samples for her store. I hope you don't mind me sharing... her creations. It was the first glimpse of my products actually SHIPPING around the world...and seeing the amazing creations that Patti created.  THANK YOU PATTI for sharing with me. Your one talented girl!!!!

Georgia_girl_layout_2 Patti- Bella Girl is perfect for this "princess."

Georgia_girl_layout_3

Thanks for sharing. I loved your other two layouts. When I tried to post them, they were not in the right format to post.

Tomorrow check out the Feb. FREE Calendar class...it will be on my website at www.teresacollinsdesigns.com . Here is a visual of the project:Calendar_full_view_2

I would LOVE to hear your thoughts on the class. I have complete page by page visuals, instructions and all the supplies that I used in the project. Just thankful that I took photos of the book prior to CHA)....

Oh, I'm doing TAKE OFF again. Meaning...grumpy girl with little food. It's basically a cleanse to get my body on track after all the FAST FOOD during CHA.

Have a great night!!!

CHA round3

edited: working on a big deadline...finalizing CHA Summer TC products. I can't sleep it's so fun...so tomorrow- I will pick some winners. Just letting you  know.

Are you getting tired of all my CHA stuff???? Sorry, just too much to do in ONE long post. Here is the image of my clear dome rings. They come in various sizes...Cha_rings

I love the versatility of the rings. You can do WHATEVER you want to make them YOU! The top ring is painted pink (Ranger Pink Paint Dauber) and I added gems to the top of the ring. The second and third ring is created by using the BELLA GIRL papers. I just cut out the word "delight" and the crown, then adhered it to the inside of the clear dome ring with GLOSSY ACCENTS (it dries clear.) The possibilities are endless. Honestly, I love the look of wearing the clear dome ring- undecorated...CLEAR!!!!

Do you want to win one????? I'll pick THREE winners tomorrow. Post a comment...and I'll send you one.

I wanted to mention some more people that I met at CHA for the first time- DONNA SALAZAR. I am so inspired by her! She is truly one of a kind- and her work is amazing. I love that she is HERSELF in life and her artwork. Her style is one of kind and she is a burst of energy. Donna and her son, taped my interview in the booth. You can see it at LEAH FUNG'S blog.

I ran into Becky Novacek at the Oasis. I love her photography!!! I had to take a double take when I saw her. She is so YOUNG looking. I can't believe she is a grandmother. She could pass to be in her twenty's. If you want to see inspiring layouts and photography...check her out!

Did I mention that I had a GREAT TIME on Monday night at the Oasis???? It was full and we were crowded...but we had a great time! I did some fun prizes: crown necklaces, a crown hat, a crown purse...PRISM card stock...I gave everyone a early VALENTINE- and I want to THANK each of you that attended. I love the OASIS!!!!!

Cha_beth_and_teresa_and_dan_2 More photos from CHA. This is Beth and Dan...The Scrapbook Junkie in Webster TX... she brought me a CLIP IT UP...guess what???? I love love love it. I am filling it up FAST. Thanks Beth...I love it!!!!!

Cha_camille_and_candice_mclean This is Candice McLean, and Camille (Ever After). Candice is an amazing designer and teacher in the S.California area. Camille has the most amazing store in Carlsbad. I taught the 7G.Rolodex class at her store in December.

Cha_lisa_and_ty_make_n_take Did I post this yet???? My sweet husband doing make n takes. He LOVED it! We did over 3,000 make n takes (yes, we ran out on Tuesday!!!!!).

Cha_mel_loving_the_papers_on_the_wa oops...it's sideways...but I have to show MEL (it's about time). She LOVED the papers, so she hugged the wall. I LOVE HER!!!!! They invited me to a PJ party...and guess what??? I'm going. We are meeting up in CA in April for the Joan Mills show.

For some reason, my blog will not let me upload more photos. I have so many more to share!!! I want to thank Tammy Mitchell and Jamie Van for their CONSTANT support. Tammy's daughter, Ashley was in several of my booth samples. Also, Susan at FRECKLE FRIENDS just always brings a smile to my face. I did a Halloween project for her site, that she did as a kit and sold. Susan mentioned that they made up extra, so if your doing Halloween in February- go check it out!!!!

Oh, wish I had got photos with Helle, Suzi and Michelle, Christy Tomlinson (she is the cutest!!!)...so many girls, that I loved visiting with. I wanted to mention Ginger Nelson. I want you to know, that I am blessed that I have such dear friends who love and support me. On opening day at CHA...the doors opened and GINGER and HER GANG....(MAYBE 10-15 girls) came RUNNING to my booth. She wanted to be the FIRST in my booth, and place an order. I about cried RIGHT there at the beginning of the show. I am so touched!!!!!

I keep having nightmares that I have hurt someone feeling by not posting about a store, or someone that I met. I am having a hard time posting ALL of the photos. Please know that I love and thank you. In church today, I was overcome with gratitude for the blessing I have. I feel such love and appreciation for our Heavenly Father who LOVES each of us. Our lesson today was about what happens after we die. We discussed, what it will be like to be resurrected and live once again with our Savior. I am thankful to know that when we die...it is not the end. We can live with our families forever. I am thankful for this knowledge.

Post if you would like a RING...I'll pick three winners. Plus, I will pick for the crown necklaces tomorrow too. I will have a busy mail day on Tuesday...sorry for such a long post!!!

CHA ROUND 2

Cha_booth_wall_good_view Thanks to many of you, I have more photos to share from CHA. I realize that I keep forgetting to mention several great people that I visited with at the show. I met up with a old friend- Elizabeth Kartchner...(yes, she won CK's Scrap booker of the Year this year!!!) Chaeliz_and_teresa

She is so cute!!! I met her in my RPickle days, when we went to a CKC in Seattle. We bonded, and I can tell you, that she is so down to earth and an inspiration to me. Such a positive-beautiful girl!!!!

Here is some more photos of the booth...

Cha_boardwalk_booth Cha_tim_visiting_booth Cha_tena_teresa_and_carol I am in awe of these two woman- Tena Sprenger and Carol Winget. I really like them and the books that they publish with F&W Publishing. Tena is teaching the year long class at BPS. I can only imagine how wonderful the class is!

Tim was so great. I loved his grunge board bracelet make n take. I mentioned to him how cool I thought it was- so he arranged for someone to come into the booth and make me one right on the spot. It's so cool and it's PINK!!! Tim is truly one of the nicest guys. He is a naturally funny guy. He has literally had me crying from laughing so hard. He was traveling straight to the UK after the show...he never stops!!!!

I had a chance to talk with Danelle Johnson and Melody Langworthy. These girls are full of talent. Danelle is the creator of Creative Cafe. I love her felt dot paper line and colored buttons.

Cha_becky_teresa_jamie I could NOT have done it without Bek, and Jamie... they were the BEST!!!!

Cha_teresa_and_donna_piranha This is the famous DONNA. I adore her!!!! Not only is she an amazing graphic artist, but she is my friend. We are A LOT alike...I think she can read my mind. She is someone that I greatly admire. Donna is a kind and loyal friend to everyone. Thankful that she is working with me once again.

Well, for some reason my blog will not allow me to post more photos. So that is it for today...

I will be posting visuals of the rings. Yes, they will be available at stores. They are crazy fun to decorate.

It's so nice to be home. I was tired of eating out (even though I went to In n' Out 3 x's- bad huh?), and now am back to fresh salads and produce. I will be at the gym on Monday morning. Today, I finally unpacked my bags from CHA, cleaned the house, and am designing a new paper line that will be out in about 2 months.

If you have emailed me, I am behind in replying- hope to catch up within the week. Off to watch a movie... not sure which one.

cha round 1

Cha_teresa_collins_lightbox I had the best time during CHA. I don't want to miss ANYONE or leave anyone out. So PLEASE do not get your feelings hurt if I don't post a photo or link. Cha_booth_its_about_time_teresa_and It's ABOUT TIME girls... THEY are the ULTIMATE cheerleaders!!!! Their encouragement and support was BEYOND sweet. On the last day of the show, they gave Becky, Jamie and I the COOLEST CROWN SHIRTS!!!! They kept visiting the booth (which I LOVED!!!!).

I have been LUCKY enough to teach at IT'S ABOUT TIME in Murrieta, CA. I was able to visit with many wonderful new and old friends. Even though many are other manufacturers, we are all friends and I really felt it at this show. Jenni, Ali, Tim, Margie, Ginger (Gin-X), Layle and Vicki, Debbie, Heidi, Sandie K., Emily and Janna- to name a few!!!!! I can't wait to see what all of my friends have put out. I really want the new MM SLICE. I wasn't walking the show, so I don't really know what debuted, but the SLICE was getting alot of buzz. Tim's bracelet make n take was POPULAR!

So proud of my friend JENNI BOWLIN for her first CHA debut. I saw photos of her booth and it was gorgeous. She is as nice as they come-and her husband too!!!! I am sure you will see Jenni's products everywhere- they are fantastic.

Cha_teresa_and_amy_tangarine_copy Cha_teresa_and_susan Cha_terea_in_booth_with_girl Oh how I loved meeting Amy Tangerine!!! I wanted to meet her. When she gave me the shirt (glisten), I got tears in my eyes!!!! I want to take one of her classes someday. She is just the sweetest!

Amy and Emily Falconbridge made a RING in the booth. I loved chatting with both of them. I am a big fan of Emily...and I LOVE her accent. They were truly nice! Did you know that I debuted TC clear rings??????? We RAN out of them, 1,000 make n takes- in the first two days of the show. Everyone was walking around CHA with a TC ring on. Well-- 1,000 girls or so...Cha_teaching_at_oasis_w_ring

This is me at the OASIS showing how I glittered the covers. I have  RING on my right hand...

I blinged my ring out!!!!!

Another highlight was meeting the talented- Claudine Hellmuth in the booth. She is GORGEOUS- inside and out! She loved the rings and created a cool ring with her business card! She has a book coming out soon, and Becky contributed to it.

I finally got to meet STEPHANIE ACKERMAN who treated me with a goodie basket and homemade cookies. She is as SWEET and TALENTED as they come!!!!! Everyone in the booth was loving the cookies....thanks Steph!Cha_teresa_and_stephanie_ackerman

Much more to share later!!!!!

IT's A LOVE DAY

Happy VALENTINES!!!!

Let's see I think we arrived home this morning about 1:30 am. I am so worn out- but still FLOATING from CHA. The show was AMAZING!!!! The morning of the first day of the show, I guess I took a LONG LONG shower. I did not realize how long I took- because I was IN the shower...praying that someone would come to the booth!!!! THANKFULLY, they DID and it was a big success. I want to thank EACH of YOU that visited with me, left comments on the blog, and support me. I am very appreciative and grateful.

I have so much to share about CHA. I have many people who are sending me photos from CHA this week- (please send me them- you KNOW who you are!!!!!) so I can POST CHA photos ALL WEEKEND!!!! For those of you not at the show, I wanted the booth to look like a comfy place to visit. My background is in interior design, so this was FUN to do again. The booth's wall was RICH BLACK with White ornate crown molding (along the top of the the booth) with white columns. The light box was MY FAVE!!!! We had a black couch and table for those to come in and visit and rest their tired feet!!! I decorated the booth with layouts that Jamie H., Becky and I worked on...PLUS--- many mini book projects-made with the Bind-it-All and my 7gypsies Rolodex.

UNFORTUNATELY, I need YOUR help. THREE projects were stolen from the booth on TUESDAY. Here is what was taken: Damask_bella_girl_the_good_stuff_co

Damask_bella_girl_the_good_stuff_ja

Damask_bella_girl_the_good_stuff_au

This was my yearly planner...that I was working on. EDITED- It has my NAME on the first page. It was a BLANK calendar book that I was PLANNING to use for this year I had only started the book and had done page one. I would not include my PERSONAL info...such as address, phone, etc. and display it in the booth. This was GOING to be my 2008 Travel Agenda BOOK...I was informed that there are people who think that I provided all sorts of personal stuff in a book and then displayed it..

PLEASE PLEASE spread the word...I WANT my projects back. NO QUESTIONS ASKED... PLEASE...if you ONLY knew how much this hurts to have my work constantly stolen from me at the trade shows. I have heard for years, that I should be flattered...but honestly, it breaks my heart. We were WATCHING the samples nonstop- and still we lost THREE books...

Here is the second project taken- YES, it was velcroed to the DISPLAY WALL right by the JOURNAL IT line... This would have had to be RIPPED off of the wall in order to take it.

Calendar_full_view Calendar_march Calendar_may Calendar_january When I arrived at CHA, I realized with the display areas, there would not be any way to bolt he projects to the display case. At this point, we did display the projects in hope that they would not be taken. There was someone by the display at all times, but when someone wants to take something, then will find a way to take it.

THIS is the Calendar BOOK that I am posting FREE- on my website for FEBRUARY...I will have complete instructions/ visuals for EVERYONE. It did not need to be taken off my wall. It has photos of MY FAMILY...MY CHILDREN in the calendar. PLUS, this was a FREE make n take at the show...EVERYONE could have MADE THIS BOOK at my booth. If you took my projects....PLEASE return my books-... I am not mad. I am more disappointed than anything...

The third project was designed by Becky Olsen. Unfortunately, she did not have time to photograph her darling book. It was made from the BOARDWALK die cut pages and bound with the BIA. It was so very cute!!!!

So here is the deal....here is the address of my husbands office. (trying to be safe here!!!)- 1377 E. 3900 South Suite 100 SLC UT 84124.  PLEASE if you took the projects- please send them BACK. If you took them because of my embellishments...keep them...just send me back my books.

I did GET my stolen projects back (someone cut the wire to take the book from the booth), the last time one was stolen. SOMEONE had a change of heart...and so maybe this TIME, they will too!!!!

I will post a BIG recap of CHA...just got to address some emails and wait for some photos to be send to me. THANKFUL to be home...THANKFUL for a husband who SUPPORTS me, THANKFUL for my children (missed them so much my heart ached!!!!), THANKFUL for Ken and the Product Performers crew...they are going to be the BEST distributors of the TC lines..., THANKFUL for Becky and Jamie (love these girls!!!), THANKFUL for such a fantastic response to my designs...oh, so much more to share!!!

I will post some winners from my last post SOON...

Have a GREAT VALENTINES!!!!!!! Ty and I plan to celebrate tomorrow. Today...focusing on loving our children...missed them!!!!

CHA is HERE...

Journalit_family_life I will be in California in a few short hours. I have been busy today getting my family and myself ready for the days that I will be at CHA. So happy to report that the pantry is full of food, laundry is all caught up and I am ALL packed. I am so excited, that I have slept very little this entire week. I know it sounds silly, but this is like Christmas to me. I am even more excited in that Ty is going with me. This is his first time going to a TRADE SHOW. Did I mention that Ty is doing one of my make n take stations???? He WANTED to help. I am LUCKY!!!! Well, they will be coming in the morning to film the booth, so I have to work fast to get the projects displayed. This is a layout using the JOURNAL- IT line. I plan to post more after CHA.

That reminds me, I was asked by my friends Robin Beam and Tim Holtz to do a CANVAS for the Ranger Booth. So if you are at CHA, check out all the various designers work. I was assigned the color BLUE. I used Tim's distress ink, crackle paint paint daubers, and LOTS of glossy accents. The papers are from Bella Girl...

I loved the challenge and Cha_ranger_canvas can't wait to see the booth and all my friend at CHA....

Tomorrow, I will be able to have dinner with my dear friends- Janna and Ginger (Gin-X), Jamie and Becky and Ty. It's simple things like this that I truly cherish. I am THANKFUL for each of them!!!! Janna even did some last minute booth samples that are so GORGEOUS!!!

So in celebration of CHA and my debut. I want to pick THREE winners from this post- to get a crown necklace....Good LUCK!!!!!

This is IT!!!!

I finally have a chance to blog today. It was GREAT to finally be able to share what I have been up to. I can't believe that CHA is now here. I will be in CA soon, and am excited to see the booth set up. I am thankful to have Product Performers distributing my lines. They are fantastic, and Ken (owner) is known for his customer service and support, and he is one class act. I work well with him and it has been INCREDIBLE- we make a great team!!! You can order any and all of my products through PRODUCT PERFORMERS. Shipping is immediate for all the papers!!!!

Becky will be posting projects on her blog too- so check her out!!!

If you have been reading my blog, you will know that I posted a while back about how I was going down one road in my design path. Suddenly, everything changed...and I knew that I was meant to follow another course. You see, I was actually going to be debuting at CHA with another amazing company.

I KNEW in my heart (of course, I didn't want to listen- because I felt the company was an OVER THE TOP wonderful opportunity for me) that voice that kept saying...hold on...this is NOT what you should be doing.

Thankfully, the LORD KNEW and threw a big brick at my head. Well, not literally- but it was so obvious and I  INSTANTLY felt PEACE and happiness. Within a day, I got a email from the owner of Bind-it-All. A simple email about the machine. I had worked with them before and within a day, I got a phone call from Ken from Product Performers about distributing my lines for me. I knew instantly that I was doing exactly what I was supposed to do. Here was are about two and half months later...and I'm debuting at CHA. I am THANKFUL so THANKFUL that I listened to my heart and followed my dreams... I learned a valuable lesson.

Off for a busy afternoon of dance, piano, basketball, guitar and baseball and theater practice. It's crazy Thursday...and I'm loving it!
